Who I am

In my practice, I primarily see myself as a psychotherapist, but I am also a psychologist, crisis intervention counselor and a lifelong learner.

 

Originally from Czechia, I used to live in Spain and Mexico, and Iceland is my home. Slow travel is my passion, which is why I am drawn to working online with people from around the world. I speak Czech, English, and Spanish and I conduct my consultations in all those languages.

I draw inspiration for sessions from various therapeutic approaches, with my main orientations being Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Schema Therapy. However, I am primarily inspired by the individuality of each person and the mutual relationship we create in the therapeutic process.

I aim to be a guide, gradually processing what hurts, and step by step, reaching deeper understanding. In my approach, I am flexible and appreciate when you express your opinions or wishes.
